Awards Dinner 

Ladies & Gentlemen,

You are invited to attend Weymouth Hockey Club's annual awards evening / dinner-dance 2016. This years event will be held on Saturday 7th May, 7:00 for 7:30 at Weymouth Rugby Club. As is traditional, the dinner will be a black-tie event and members are of course welcome to bring partners.

The band "Blazin' Strings" will be providing entertainment and music after the awards; with the aim for the event to wrap up about midnight.

Details of the food and menu options are available here and you can order your menu choices online as we may not see everyone now the season draws to a close. If you have any particular dietary requirements, please let us know in advance and we will make necessary arrangements.

Tickets for the event will cost £25 per person, details of how to pay for your ticket are here. Tickets need to paid for by 24rd April.
